EMPOWERING YOUNG VOICES THROUGH CLIMATE ART

An Inclusive Youth Engagement & Environmental Arts Initiative

A bold intersection of youth leadership and environmental art, where our next generation collaborates with local talent to take creative action on climate change.

Where Art Meets Action

Creative Changemakers is an innovative creative arts and youth engagement programme rooted directly within the Hammersmith and Fulham borough. Designed to tackle the defining issue of our time, this project empowers young people to take meaningful, localized action on climate change through the power of collective storytelling and visual art.

By bridging the gap between scientific reality and creative expression, our participants use cutting-edge environmental research from Imperial College London’s Grantham Institute as a launchpad for inspiration. Together with professional local artists, they work to shed a brand-new, positive light on ecological issues affecting their neighborhoods.

We believe that creative exploration gives young people a powerful, lasting voice. Rather than focusing on climate anxiety, Creative Changemakers focuses on community agency, giving the next generation the tools to inspire their peers, spark vital conversations, and drive positive local change.
