Panel Discussion: The Beauty of Difference

The ‘Bush’ and Hammersmith and Fulham as a whole have a rich cultural history of people that have impacted British and world culture through sports, politics and the arts. Jerome Ince Mitchell will facilitate conversations that highlight the positivity of difference through the concept of Otherness, bringing together 3 young artists/curators who have been working from inside art institutions addressing issues of representation and challenging institutional narratives.

Color Motet - In No Other Is My Hope

Austin Forum is delighted to exhibit Color Motet, inspired by the musical composition - or motet - Spem in Alium (“In No Other Is My Hope”). The video installation is a work by Mark Dean, artist and Anglican priest. Projected onto Julian Stair’s monumental altar at St Augustine’s Catholic Church in Hammersmith, the work continues the artist’s exploration in recent years of the liturgical potential of his work.
